Meet The Team
Steven Zacchio
Owner
Steve is the founder of Sunset Gold Realty, LLC. Licensed since 1987, he has consummated numerous transactions which include the lease, acquisition, disposition, development, sale-leaseback and consultation of commercial investment assets. He has expertise in identifying, structuring and negotiating a variety of transactions ranging from single tenant assets to multi-tenant assets and land assets to income producing assets.
Steve is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island.
Prior to opening Sunset Gold Realty, LLC, Steve was with an independently owned office of a nationally branded real estate company where he headed and expanded the commercial division. He participated in the structure, financing and negotiations of many national and international projects at the corporate level in New York.
Denis O'Brien
Associate
Denis is a commercial investment associate with Sunset Gold Realty, LLC and oversees the south-east region of Connecticut for Sunset Gold Realty, LLC. Denis entered the commercial real estate industry after owning and operating a successful business in retail services for past 10 years. Prior to running his own business, he worked in small business for 20 years and is well versed in business operations, including construction and construction management. Denis prides himself on his attention to detail, his business skills and his ability to service his clients.
William Rodrigues
Director of Finance
Bill brings over 20 years of diversified experience in the accounting industry. His expertise includes corporate finance, audits, forecasting, budgeting, marketing, business plan development, and purchasing. His ability to create effective operating controls, increase operational efficiencies and forecast future growth has benefited his client’s by maintaining and increasing asset value. Bill’s innovation and flexibility offer the opportunity to keep ahead of a changing industry.
David Noble
Director of Operations
David brings 30 years of experience in operations including administrative functions, project development and implementation, coordination and facilitation of personnel in a wide range of jobs and projects, contract negotiations, customer service, contractor relations, relationship sales and marketing.
David’s proven performance in taking an active approach in operations and service implementation has resulted in the satisfaction of many customers. His ability to bring creative ideas, ease of business and unsurpassed service keeps him on the forefront of operations and client and customer service.
